Organogram

The Nepal Biomedical Association (NBA) is governed by an 11-member Central Committee, which serves as the executive and decision-making body of the Association. It is supported by a 5-member Advisory Committee that provides strategic guidance and expert recommendations, while the Office Secretariat manages the Association's day-to-day administrative and operational activities. To effectively implement its programs, NBA operates through six Functional Sub-Committees: Advocacy & Policy, Media & Public Relations, Coordination & Networking, Logistics & Operations, Research & Development, and Finance & Funding. Together, these committees promote efficient governance, professional collaboration, and the successful implementation of NBA's mission and objectives.
